Embroidery Digitizing for Hats and Caps

Las Vegas Designs offers digitized embroidery files for embroidery machines with excellence in every stitch at the most economical prices starting from fast turnaround and real sew-out.

Types of Caps

Low Level Profile: Converts basic designs with minimal detail, focusing on simple shapes and standard stitch types.

Mid-Level Profile: Digitizes moderately complex designs, optimizing stitch types, densities, and underlays for better quality.

High-Level Profile: Creates highly detailed, ensuring precision, texture, and efficiency for various fabrics.

Embroidery Digitizing for Low Profile Caps

Low profile caps are unstructured with a crown’s height to 2-3 inches, and we recommend to digitize artwork(s) for embroidery with a maximum height of 1.75 to 2.00 inches with a proportional width for low profile caps.

Embroidery Digitizing for Mid Profile Caps

Mid-profile cap is defined by it’s crown’s height with 3 to 4 inches, and can be structured or unstructured. We recommend to digitize the artwork(s) between 2.00 to 2.5 inches height with proportional width for mid profile caps

Embroidery Digitizing for High Profile Caps

High-profile hats are always structured with a high crown size around or more than 4 inches and a prominent front panel. We recommend to digitize the artwork(s) maximum height of 2.5” and either extended to 2.75” (not preferable) with proportional width for High profile caps.
