At Las Vegas Designs USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services including embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, SVG files, laser cutting files, and more. Since all our files are custom and made-to-order, we follow a fair and transparent refund policy.

❌ Refunds Are Not Available For:

• Completed Orders: Once a design or file has been delivered and there’s no issue with it, refunds are not possible. Digital files are non-returnable.
• Change of Mind: We can’t offer a refund if you simply change your mind after we’ve started or completed the order.
• Incorrect Instructions: Please double-check all your details before placing an order. We can’t offer refunds if the mistake is due to wrong info provided by the customer.

✅ Revisions & Fixes:

• We’re always happy to revise or adjust your order if something isn’t right or if the file doesn’t work as expected.
• If your file isn’t compatible or needs small edits to fit your machine or project, just let us know—we’ll fix it free of charge.
• Issue from Our End? If there’s a problem with the file and we’re unable to fix it, you’re fully entitled to a refund. We’ll issue it right away.

💡 Special Cases:

• If, for any reason, we’re unable to complete your order due to technical limitations or internal issues, a full or partial refund may be provided.
• If a refund agreement was made in writing before starting the project, we’ll stick to it.
